- Both the Main Hall and the basement rooms are available for daily or hourly rentals
(contact us for rental rates). The rental fee is payable when the key is picked up. Keys
may be picked up at the Hoffman Real Estate office at 1028 Generals Highway, opposite the
WAWA convenience store. Office hours are 9-5 Monday - Friday and 10-3 Saturday.
Keys may be dropped off after hours in the mailbox on the front porch.
- A security deposit is required with the signed Rental Request and Release. The security
deposit will be returned after clean-up, inspection and return of key.
- Tables, chairs and kitchen facilities are available and included in the all day rental.
- Renters are responsible for their own set-up and broom clean-up, including removal of all trash.
Your security deposit may be forfeited (in part or full) for failure to follow clean-up procedures.
- Rental deposit is refundable if cancellation of event is given 30 days before event.
- Nothing is to be attached to the walls, floor, stage, curtains or ceiling by any means, i.e. tape,
nails, glue, pins, etc.
- No janitorial service is available during your event. Paper products and clean supplies are located in the storage closet to the
right of the stage.
