Historic Baldwin Hall

Thank you to our partners for their continuing support of Historic Baldwin Hall!

The 2023 grant from the Maryland Heritage Areas  Authority funded the painting of the exterior of the hall.  The 2024 grant from the Maryland Historical Trust is funding emergency roof repairs and drainage issues.

On July 9, 2026, the Maryland Heritage Areas Authority awarded a grant for $75,000 to replace the aging cedar shake roof of Historic Baldwin Hall, which is well past its lifecycle and beginning to leak.

We must raise funds to match this grant, and a successful “Raise the Roof” campaign will keep Historic Baldwin Hall safe, beautiful, and available for concerts, celebrations, and neighborhood events!
